I am a little in love with the Onion and Fontina Beer Batter Bread I made yesterday. It was way easy to make, and you just know that anything with a whole bottle of beer as one of the primary ingredients is going to be good. The recipe is

i made this for a barbecue at my cousin's house yesterday, and it was a huge hit. it's especially good still warm with some irish butter on spread on the slice.
Yay! I can't wait to make it again... Maybe I could whip up a secret loaf and hide it from Dr. M so I wouldn't have to share with anybody!
Leftover beer...hmmmm, please explain this concept to me.
