Quick Cooking Tip!

If you have nicely marinated a pork tenderloin, browned it in a pan on the stove, put the pan in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes, removed the tenderloin and let it sit for five minutes, and then want to put the pan in the sink don't grab the handle of the pan with your bare hand. It will burn, you will feel stupid, and you will have a painful blister on your pinky for the next week reminding you of your error.

Ouch.

I meant to comment earlier that I was so inspired by both you and Josh's family-domestic-bliss-wholesome-cooking that I actually went to the store after work the other night to buy something warm and hearty to fix. But we both decided that it would be better if we made an easy pizza instead.

I hope the loins were worth the burn!

Oh yes, the loins were totally worth it. And not even that hard to make at all, if you can keep it together long enough to not burn yourself...
