Quesadillyos

I am aglow with culinary invention. I just turned a fridge full of weird leftovers into delicious red onion, red pepper, basil, and mozzarella quesadillas -- complete with leftover garlic-lovers salsa that some kind houseguests left behind for dipping. Then I cut up an apple and squeezed some lemon juice on it, which seemed to be quite a hit. Top it off with a little beer, and you've got yourself dinner, my friends.
